IIChE welcomes all the Organisations and Institutions interested in development of chemical engineering profession may become to its fold. They may become organisational members of the institute subject to fulfillment certain eligibility criteria and completion of other formalities. |
Privileges and Facilities of Organisational Membership are:

Delegates from Organisational Members will be allowed for our Annual Conference – CHEMCON, waiving the requirement of delegate fee. The relationship between Annual Turnover of the Organisational Members and the number of delegates permitted to attend CHEMCON free of charge is as follows:

- One copy of our Journal – Indian Chemical Engineer, will be posted to Organisational Members, without any charge.
- They shall be kept informed of all our programmes regularly and their official delegates shall be allowed for programmes such as short-term Technical Courses, Continuing Education Courses, Technical Symposia, Seminars, etc., involving delegate fees, at a concessional fee of 75% of the normal rates for such programmes. IIChE Regional Centres shall be advised to do likewise for programmes organized by them.
- The interaction between the Organisational Members and IIChE will certainly help the Chemical Engineers in general and the chemical industries in particular.
- Vacancy for the post of Chemical Engineers will be published as News Items in our Journal.
- Technology Development by the Organisation in the field of Chemical Engineering and allied subjects will be published as News Items in the Institute’s Journal.
- For new Organisational Members, the Company Profile not exceeding one page, will be published free of cost in the Institute’s Journal.
- For Life Organisational Members and others regularly renewing the membership, the Company Profile not exceeding one page, will be published free of cost once in 3 (three) years in the Institute’s Journal.
- Name and Profile of the Chief Executive of the Company with his photograph will be published free of cost wherever thee is a change.
- If the Organisational Member releases advertisement in “Indian Chemical Engineer”, 10% rebate on tariff will be given.
- The Chief Executive of the Organisation, whose turnover are 100 crores, will be elected as Patrons of the Institute and subscriptions for the same would not be charged
