2. • In case of rejection of application, no refund of Registration Fees will be considered.
3. • Last date of receipt of application for registration for September examination is 30th April of the same year and for March examination is 30th November of the preceding year.
4. • Documents once submitted will not be returned.
5. • Do not fill the Registration Form through mobile phones.

• • Colored photograph (size- less than 400KB) in jpg/jpeg image.
• • Scanned pdf copy of degree/diploma certificate and final year/semester mark sheet
• • Scanned pdf copy of Employer’s experience certificate.
• • A demand draft of Rs 1000/- drawn in favour of “Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers” payable at Kolkata

After filling the form through on-line, a pdf will be sent to your e-mail.

Points to note for on-line filling of Examination Form

• • Do not fill the examination form through mobile phones.
• • Fees are to be paid by Bank Draft drawn in favour of ‘Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers’ payable at Kolkata. Payment by money Order, Cheque or Postal Order are not acceptable.
• • Examination fees once paid can neither be returned nor adjusted for subsequent examinations.
• • Fees for Parts I, IIA & IIB : Minimum fee payable is Rs. 1000/- (entitle to appear in maximum two subjects); For additional paper Rs. 600/- per subject ; Fees for Part - III (Home Paper) : Rs. 1800/-

• • A self-addressed envelope.
• • For postage of Mark sheet, add Rs. 50/- (extra) with the examination fees
