Important Information, please read

1. • Read all the information in "About Examination"
2. • In case of rejection of application, no refund of Registration Fees will be considered.
3. • Last date of receipt of application for registration for September examination is 30th April of the same year and for March examination is 30th November of the preceding year.
4. • Documents once submitted will not be returned.
5. • Do not fill the Registration Form through mobile phones.

Documents required for on-line filling of Registration Form :

• • Colored photograph (size- less than 400KB) in jpg/jpeg image.
• • Scanned pdf copy of degree/diploma certificate and final year/semester mark sheet
• • Scanned pdf copy of Employer's experience certificate.
• • A demand draft of Rs 1000/- drawn in favour of "Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers" payable at Kolkata

After filling the form through on-line, a pdf will be sent to your e-mail.

Take print out of that application form as received in your mail, enclose the Demand Draft, enclose self-signed mark sheets, certificate and Employer's experience certificate (in original) and send to: Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, Dr H L Roy Building, Jadavpur University Campus, Raja S C Mullick Road, Kolkata - 700032

Points to note for on-line filling of Examination Form

• • Do not fill the examination form through mobile phones.
• • Fees are to be paid by Bank Draft drawn in favour of 'Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers' payable at Kolkata.
• • Examination fees once paid can neither be returned nor adjusted for subsequent examinations.
• • Fees for Parts I, IIA & IIB : Minimum fee payable is Rs. 1000/-; For additional paper Rs. 600/- per subject; Fees for Part - III (Home Paper) : Rs. 1800/-
• • A self-addressed envelope.
• • For postage of Mark sheet, add Rs. 50/- (extra) with the examination fees
• • After filling the form through on-line, a pdf will be sent to your e-mail.
